We have developed a questionnaire to assess personality styles / disorders, the “Exploratory personality questionnaire” (CEPER-III), very useful for knowing the personality style of individuals (clinical or not) and that we have applied for many years to numerous patients. Its psychometric properties can be found in the publications section of this website.

With our research team “Advances in Psychopathology and Behavior Therapy” we are carrying out the development and validation of a specific therapy for people with borderline personality disorder. This new approach consists in the integration of principles and techniques pertaining to both dialectical behavior therapy and other cognitive behavioral therapies. Our purpose is to carry out a treatment of shorter duration compared to DBT, but that maintains the same benefits (adherence to treatment, decreased suicidal behaviors, self-harm, income in mental health devices, feelings of hopelessness and increased social adjustment).
